The sea food market of Turin is one of the most supplied of Italy thanks to the everyday arrivals.
My husband, Silvio Miegge, sommelier, is the keeper of the 330 different types of wine coming from all the world. I’m Ines Dall'Ara, disciple d’auguste escoffier, I’m the chef so I prepare all the fabulous dishes we serve in our restaurant. I always change the menus according to the season because for us is fundamental to have products of high quality. Our restaurant is situated in borgo Santa Rita. It has few tables divided into 3 elegant rooms in the navy style. We propose next to the traditional menu a tasting menu with different types of wines matched with the dishes. At launch time we prepare fast dishes for the people that is in a hurry but always with the same best products. We accept all the main credit cards.
